Louisa Strayhorn

Louisa Strayhorn oversees the operational strategy and organizational infrastructure of Franklin Capital Strategies. She brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience across the public and private sectors, including senior roles in organizational development, talent strategy, and large-scale process improvement. Before joining the staff of FCS, Louisa served as Executive Director of the Virginia Department of Business Assistance and advised Fortune-level companies, financial institutions, and health systems on operational excellence. She holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a B.A. from Northeastern University. Louisa resides in Virginia Beach and remains active as a mentor and advocate for leadership development.
