
Paul Franklin founded Franklin Capital Strategies in 2016, continuing a three-generation family legacy in financial services with offices in Cleveland and Washington, D.C. He leads the firm’s wealth management and advisory practice, guiding affluent families, business owners, and athletes with transparent, client-first strategies.
An industry advocate, Paul is an active member of FINSECA, supporting efforts at both the federal and state level to advance the profession. He also currently sits on the Visiting Committee of the Board of Trustees for Hawken School in Cleveland, OH and is a member of the Greater Washington Jewish Federation Planning & Allocations Committee. A sought-after speaker at industry conferences, Paul is frequently invited to share insights on advanced planning, business development, and leadership.
A former athlete and current high school football coach at Maret School, Paul brings the same discipline and leadership to the field as he does to client relationships. He began his career at New York Life in 2009 and is affiliated with Eagle Strategies, LLC, as a Financial Adviser. He holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses.
Paul earned an M.P.P. in Public Policy from George Mason University and a B.A. in Business Management from Washington College. He resides in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife, Andrea, and their three children.
